
- Anthony Bettencourt, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board: Anthony Bettencourt has over twenty-five years of experience building fast-growth, market-leading technology companies. Prior to Coverity, Bettencourt served as the Chief Executive Officer of Verity Inc., a leader in enterprise search, and led the company through its acquisition by Autonomy Corp. plc in 2005. After which, Bettencourt served successively as the CEO of Autonomy, Inc., CEO of Autonomy ZANTAZ and the CEO of Autonomy Interwoven through 2009. Bettencourt currently serves as the non-executive chairman of the board of directors of Blinkx, Inc., an Internet video search engine, and serves on the board of directors for Next Page and Versant.

- John E. Calonico Jr., Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary: John Calonico brings over 30 years of experience in financial management and operational excellence in the technology sector, including expertise in finance, treasury, human resources, facilities and information systems. Prior to Coverity, Calonico served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aster Data Systems, a market leader in data management and advanced analytics for diverse and big data, where he ran finance, human resources, facilities and information systems, and led the company through its acquisition by Teradata. Prior to Aster Data, Calonico served as the Chief Financial Officer of Interwoven, a leader in content management solutions, where he helped drive profitable growth as revenues reached more than $250 million prior to its acquisition by Autonomy. Calonico has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Blue Martini Software, where he managed and successfully completed the company's initial public offering, has held vice president of finance positions for BEA Systems and Autodesk, and began his career with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young.

- Andy Chou, Ph.D., Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer: Andy co-founded Coverity in 2003 and developed key innovations in its industry-leading static analysis technology. Today, Andy is responsible for technology innovation, research, selected partnerships, and thought leadership. Prior to co-founding Coverity, Andy was instrumental in developing the core intellectual property behind the Coverity platform while earning his PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University. He also has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

- Matt Green, Chief Revenue Officer: Matt Green brings over 25 years of enterprise software field operations experience to Coverity and is responsible for all facets of revenue generation for the worldwide sales team and channel partners. Prior to Coverity, Green served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Services at Framehawk, a leading enterprise software platform for the secure development and deployment of enterprise applications for mobile devices. Prior to Framehawk, Green served as President of Worldwide Sales at BEA Systems. During his tenure at BEA Systems, Green was responsible for the company's revenue plan worldwide, managing all global field operations including sales, channels, systems engineers, sales support, field marketing and sales operations. Green was instrumental in leading BEA Systems through its successful IPO in 1997 and growing annual revenue from less than $100 million to over $1 billion until its acquisition by Oracle Corporation in 2008 for approximately $8.5 billion. Green has also held executive sales and field operations leadership positions at Cassatt Corporation, Walker Interactive Systems, McDonnell Douglas Information Systems Group and Burroughs Corporation. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration from California State University, Chico.

- Sunil Nagdev, Senior Vice President of Global Services: Sunil leads the worldwide professional services and technical support organization at Coverity. A seasoned veteran with proven success driving growth and customer satisfaction, Sunil has more than 25 years of experience building and leading world-class services, consulting, support, and training organizations at high growth technology companies. Prior to Coverity, Sunil served as Vice President of Imperva, Tablus (now RSA, the security division of EMC), Verity (now Autonomy), and Versant Object Technology. Sunil started his career as a software engineer where he was responsible for building reusable code across an internal software supply chain, gathering customer requirements, and managing customer beta programs.

- Andreas Kuehlmann, Ph.D., Senior Vice President of Research and Development: Prior to joining Coverity, Andreas served as Fellow and Director of Cadence Research Laboratories where he led the company's advanced research and development including systems and software verification technologies. In addition, he has an appointment as adjunct professor at UC Berkeley and currently serves as President of the IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation (CEDA). Prior to Cadence, Kuehlmann was part of the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. His work on functional equivalence verification was key to the development of IBM's high-end processors and was later broadly adapted by the industry. Kuehlmann received the Dipl-Ing. degree and the Dr.-Ing. habil degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology at Ilmenau, Germany and is an IEEE Fellow.

- Jennifer Johnson, Vice President of Marketing: Jennifer leads the worldwide marketing, communications, product marketing, and product management organizations at Coverity. Prior to joining Coverity in 2009, Johnson held leadership and management positions at Mercury Interactive and Hewlett-Packard, where she led product marketing and go-to-market strategy for HP Software's IT process automation and IT change management product lines. Johnson also held senior marketing positions at VERITAS Software and Symantec Corporation. Johnson has spoken at numerous international conferences on the topics of change and configuration management, IT service management and compliance. She is ITIL certified and holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of San Francisco, as well as a master of business administration from Santa Clara University.

- Carol MacKinlay, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration: Carol is responsible for Coverity's worldwide talent acquisition, employee engagement and real estate functions. She was previously the HR executive for Plantronics (NYSE:PLT) and Jawbone, premier electronics manufacturers, and for CodeGear, the developer tools group of Borland Software (NASDAQ :BORL). In these roles, she created and executed cost-effective programs to drive business strategy and to develop world class company cultures. Ms. MacKinlay has worked as a management and Board consultant with the KPMG financial strategy and executive compensation consulting teams and in private practice. Carol has spent several years as a Board member with Second Harvest Food Bank and Junior Achievement, She holds a BA in Applied Mathematics from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA in Venture Management from the Marshall School of Business at USC.
